01.

Initial inquiry

You submit a request to Exetac for a Subject Matter Expert (SME) engagement, including a brief description of the current (“As-Is”) situation and an overview of the desired (“To-Be”) concept, objectives, expectations, and needs.

02.

Mapping expectations and outcome

Exetac team will then schedule an introductory call to assess whether our cooperation model is the right fit, ensuring we can create value and deliver the expected results. If aligned, we will jointly define detailed expectations and agree on the desired outcomes.

03.

Finding a suitable expert from our network

Based on these expectations and the “To-Be” concept, Exetac will engage potential experts to determine the resources, scope, and effort required to deliver results. Once confirmed, we will present a comprehensive solution for implementation.

04.

Ways of working, legal, and Exetac processes

Following our customized processes, Exetac prepares the structured Ways of Working principles, cooperation agreements, and introduces a Secure Delivery Matrix, minimizing potential risks and conflicts for both the client and the service provider.

05.

Operational set-up and execution

Once the connection is established, objectives are agreed upon, risks are addressed, and contracts are signed, Exetac takes a step back. We maintain broad oversight to ensure smooth collaboration and full-spectrum value creation for all parties involved.

Successful organizations are both efficient and effective. You can maximize your ROI only when you know when to optimize, when to digitalize, and when to initiate operational, technological, or full-scale transformation.

Engaging industry-, and domain-specific subject matter experts is the key to tactical execution. By combining deep domain knowledge, technical and operational expertise, laser-focused advisory, and cooperation modularity, together we will be the innovation, optimization, digitalization, change, and digital transformation catalyst.

Fundamental Changes

Fundamental changes are transformative shifts that significantly redefine how SMEs and organizations create, deliver, and capture value. In essence, they are not incremental adjustments but a strategic reset that positions the enterprise for sustainable growth, competitiveness, and long-term stakeholder value creation. They often involve adjusting the core operating model, restructuring business units, or pivoting toward new revenue streams. Such changes are typically driven by market disruptions, evolving customer expectations, technological innovation, or regulatory shifts, and they require the realignment of strategy, culture, and capabilities.

Operational Changes

Operational changes are adjustments or improvements in day-to-day processes, workflows, and resource management that enhance efficiency, productivity, and delivery. Unlike fundamental strategic shifts, operational changes focus on optimizing execution, reducing costs, improving quality, and streamlining operations to better support the company’s overall strategy, thereby creating measurable improvements in operational effectiveness. These changes can be driven by technology adoption, process reengineering, organizational restructuring, or performance management initiatives, and they require careful alignment of people, systems, and procedures.
